Your Day-to-Day at Mapit
- Deliver value to our customers by implementing and developing new functionalities across our various tools and services.
- Develop and implement new features in both existing and new microservices, primarily using TypeScript and VueJS/Svelte.
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions in a collaborative and agile environment.
- Monitor errors and resolve incidents, seeking solutions that allow the team to anticipate potential problems.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle within a solid, multidisciplinary team based on agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Support the estimation, prioritization, planning, and coordination of development tasks alongside other teams.
Required Profile
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong command of TypeScript and modern web development practices.
- Implementation of high-quality code optimized for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and quality-focused approach.
- Interest in Serverless paradigm and familiarity with AWS solutions like Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Ability to create clean and simple architectures.
- Full-stack mindset with motivation to dive into both front-end and back-end development.
- Strong social and communication skills, with ability to work closely with teammates.
- Autonomous and proactive individual capable of effectively managing time and tasks.
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in data-driven product development and ability to break down large objectives into smaller portions for continuous iteration.
